1. Subscription
Your trackrift subscription begins when you create an account and continues until you cancel. Plans, prices, and features are documented on /pricing. We can change pricing for new sign-ups at any time; existing subscriptions keep their pricing for the remainder of the billing period and renew at the new price unless you cancel before renewal.
2. Acceptable use
Don’t use trackrift to:
- Process data you don’t have lawful basis to process.
- Track minors’ data without parental consent where required.
- Reverse-engineer the product or scrape the dashboard.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants’ data.
Violations may result in immediate suspension and termination.
3. Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Annual plans are paid upfront with a 20% discount. We do not silently charge overages — if you exceed your tier, we email you with a soft prompt; consistent excess (more than 25% for two consecutive months) moves you to the next tier automatically with prorated billing.
4. Refunds
30-day money-back guarantee. Cancel within 30 days of your first payment for any reason and we refund you in full. There is a one-click cancel-and-refund button in the dashboard. After day 30, you can cancel any time, but the refund window has closed.
5. Data ownership
You own your data. You can export it at any time via CSV or the API. Upon termination, we retain your data for 30 days (in case you change your mind), then it is permanently deleted from production. Backups age out within 90 days.
6. Service availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the production API. Status, incidents, and post-mortems are public at status.trackrift.com. SLA credits available on the Scale and Enterprise tiers.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. trackrift is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
Governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless your jurisdiction provides mandatory consumer protections.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes are emailed to the account owner 30 days in advance. The effective date at the top of this page is updated whenever terms change.
